- To reduce and eliminate chronic pain of the musculoskeletal system, from head to toes, due to work-related or sports injuries.
- To practically eliminate or successfully manage your neck, shoulder or lower back pain without costing your arms and legs or having to undergo fancy treatments.
- To lower your MILDLY high blood pressure naturally without medications *
- To assist you in having better sleep at night.
- To assist you in preventing or minimising age-related issues: osteoporosis, general weakness
- To guide you in doing exercises in the gym without damaging your body in the long run.
- To guide you in protecting yourself at workplaces and even at home from avoidable injuries.
If you are over 50 and feeling tired and fragile, Khanh can help you recondition your body to prevent falls and other mobility issues, such as joint stiffness, the need to use a walking stick or walking frame, or difficulty walking up/down stairs. Coming to Physiotherapy at Springvale Family Health Care, you will experience a pleasant difference in a new way to deal with your physical problems, a way in which you have greater control to change the outcome of your health issues. You do not have to be injured or ‘damaged’ nor in pain to see a Physiotherapist; you come to make yourself healthier and more resilient to life’s many stressors.
