Dr Peter Vu
Dr. Peter is a qualified GP with MBBS from the Adelaide Medical School and Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioner (FRACGP) and has been practising since 1995 and has gained his experience by working in the public health system in various medical fields, including Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Psychiatry, Sexual Health, Emergency Medicine and Occupational Medicine. In the field of Occupational Medicine Dr Vu is qualified as Designate Australian Medical Examiner, NSW Order 43 Coal Service practitioner, Queensland coal board medical practitioner, approved Health Professional for rail industry and Review Medical Officer for Drug & Alcohol.
Dr Vu has an interest in proactive medicine with a view to prevention and early detection of disease, including regular reviews to ensure effective treatment outcomes for the patients. Dr Vu is able to consult in both English and Vietnamese.

Khanh Ngo
Physiotherapist
Khanh Ngo is a nationally registered Physiotherapist and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). He is bilingual, speaking Vietnamese and English, with more than 30 years of experience in orthopaedic, neurological, paediatric, geriatric and sport physiotherapy. Khanh has full qualifications both in Vietnam (1978) and in Australia (1988). Khanh is friendly and hard-working, teamwork-minded, gentle and passionate about his works.
Khanh employs a holistic approach toward his clients, and his goal is to empower patients to treat themselves rather than them being dependent too much on therapists.
Khanh is able to help you with many health issues such as:
- To reduce and to eliminate chronic pain of the musculo-skeletal system, from head to toes, due to work-related or sports injuries.
- To practically eliminate or successfully manage your neck, shoulder or lower back pain without costing your arms and legs or having to undergo fancy treatments.

Aiden Tran
Psychologist
Psychologist (Mental Health), The Royal Children's Hospital
Clinical Supervisor, Masters of Counselling, Monash University
Ai is a Psychologist and Clinical Registrar with full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and is an Approved Medicare Provider. Ai has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families for over nine years in a variety of public, private and research settings in both Australia and the United States. Ai holds a Masters in both Clinical and Counselling Psychology. He was previously admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, giving him experience in writing legal reports and documents. Ai worked as a psychologist with Mental Health at the Royal Children's Hospital for several years, where he gained extensive experience and training in psychological testing and treating young people with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma and behavioral problems. Ai is currently a Clinical Supervisor for the Masters of Counselling Program at Monash University, and was one of the initial members of the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Texas in Austin. Ai is passionate about using a variety of different methodologies in working with child, adolescent and adult clients including Person-Centred Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy. Ai has a special interest and extensive experience in:
- Helping adults and children with depression and various anxiety disorders, including social anxiety.
- Conducting psychological and cognitive assessments, and completing clinical assessment reports.
- Helping adults, children and adolescents with poor self-image, low confidence and reduced self-esteem.
- Assisting clients from all age groups cope with grief, loss and trauma.
- Working with children who have poor concentration and study skills, as well as behavioral issues.
- Helping individuals, couples and families with relationship difficulties

Truc Dinh
Nurse
Registered Nurse Truc Dinh
Registered Practice Nurse Truc Dinh graduated from RMIT University with Bachelor of Nursing Degree in 2010 and has been in Nursing industry for 8 years. Truc has involved with broad experiences as community nursing and Practice Nurse for over these years. On other hand, she also working as a surgical plastics nurse at Dandenong Hospital. She is a certified Cervical Screening provider graduated from Cervical Screening and Introduction to Sexual at Family Planning Victoria Department. Truc is a high administrative support medical staff, thus enhancing doctor’s efficiency of consultation time. She has interest in assist of Health Assessments, preventative health management, Immunisation & Vaccination, Family planning, Chronic Disease Management, Minor Surgical Procedure and Diabetes, helping doctors reviews patients to ensure effective treatment outcomes for patients.

Phuong Nguyen
Nurse
Nurse Phuong Nguyen is registered Practice Nurse with six years plus of experience providing quality care to a wide variety of patients. She graduate from Australian Catholic University (ACU) with Bachelor of Nursing Degree in 2016. Phuong aiming to leverage her experience and knowledge to effectively fill the nursing position at SFHC helping doctors coordinate and reviews patients to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Her strength and interest in assist of Immunisation & Vaccination, Travel Vaccines, Care Plans, Chronic Disease Management, Wound Care, Suture and stable Removal, Blood collection, ECG, Pain Management, Risk Assessment and Incident Report. Phuong is friendly, interactive and well communicate with patients of all ages and ethnic backgrounds, giving quality medical care and treatments to all our patients at Springvale Family Healthcare.
